About

BlitzLab started as a shared chat where three friends kept arguing about which tower defense maps were unfair. Instead of shouting into the void, we turned the arguments into written breakdowns and put them online. The site is independent — nobody pays us to like a game.

We focus on strategy, tower defense, and the odd RPG or racer that keeps us up too late. Every review comes from real hands-on time: we install the game, play through the early hours, and push into the parts where difficulty spikes and design cracks show.

Games get picked for one reason — they interest us or a reader flagged them. We rotate genres on purpose so the catalog never feels like the same puzzle over and over. If a title is boring, we say so.

The reviews are opinions, not verdicts carved in stone. We tell you how a game felt, where it stumbled, and who might enjoy it anyway.

Lukas Berger — Lukas has been chasing high scores since flip phones and now runs the editorial desk at BlitzLab. He still refuses to use auto-battle in any tower defense game.
